Maria Merritt, Trane HVAC Parts & Supplies Outside Sales, accepted an award at the fifth annual Virginia School Plant Managers Association Conference (VSPMA) last week at the Sheraton Roanoke Hotel and Conference Center.
"This was my fifth year supporting the VSPMA with Trane. Every year I look forward to spending time with people and attending the breakout seminars," stated Maria.
For being a continuing supporting sponsor, Trane was honored with the "Five Consecutive Years of Support," award accepted by Maria.
The three day conference targeting school facility professionals included vendor booths, breakout sessions, and a golf/corn hole tournament. Facility managers from across the state attended, representing eight different regions and over 20 different counties. The 2013 conference is expected to be held in Norfolk, VA.
