We offer remote building support, so our clients or our technicians can remotely access and maintain building systems and equipment. If onsite service is necessary, this will provide technicians with gathered data and information to expedite service and communicate safely. 

This access allows us to:

  • Adjust schedules or overrides without rolling a truck
  • Gather information to expedite service resolution
  • Reduce the costs of onsite services

When you sign a service agreement with Damuth Trane you get the best team in the area. Our service technicians are factory trained and are ready to respond to you 24/7. Many of our technicians have over 20 years of experience in HVAC and all believe in providing the Damuth 5-Star Experience.

We have over 90 technicians who live on the Peninsula, in South Hampton Roads, and even on the Outer Banks of North Carolina so our team can get to you quickly.

We expect our service and controls specialists to stay current in the fast-moving technology of building systems. To support this challenge, we offer in-class weekly technical training for all field associates.
