The custom training programs are among the many benefits for associates. Each year Damuth Trane hosts an 8-week interactive program specifically for New Associates. The group gathers once a week for 3-hour sessions until graduation.
As a growing company, it is typical that Damuth Trane will accumulate new hires throughout the year. All associates hired within the year will be a part of the annual New Associate Orientation Training. It’s not uncommon for an iteration to be comprised of all teams including: service technicians, office personnel, sales team members, and parts store personnel.
