Tony Madrid, Inside Sales Representative at the Virginia Beach Trane Parts Center, celebrated his 20th anniversary with Damuth Trane in August. Tony started with the company back in 1999 at the Virginia Beach Parts Center. He previously served in the United States Air Force and hails from Blue Island, IL.
As an Inside Sales Representative, Tony is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients in order to increase overall sales, customer satisfaction, and retention. This includes counter sales of HVAC parts and equipment, handling orders, problem solving and troubleshooting for customers, warranty processing, arranging deliveries, and assisting outside salespeople as needed. “Tony has played a big part in the growth of our Parts business over the last 20 years. His friendly demeanor and positive attitude have made him a fan of our valued clients as well as a great person to work alongside,” remarked Matt Kurz, Parts Team Leader.
Tony has been married to his wife, Raelle, for 29 years and they have three daughters together. In the community, he has volunteered as an election official for nearly 20 years and enjoys doing treasure hunts in his free time. When speaking on his 20 years with the company, Tony expressed, “I am grateful for having had the opportunity to work with great people (present & past) – Damuth Trane rocks!”
