The American Heart Association's HeartChase is Coming to Chesapeake

June 16, 2014

This year’s American Heart Association’s HeartChase will be held on June 21st in Chesapeake and the game begins at 10:30am! The HeartChase supports the American Heart Association’s goal of helping to improve the cardiovascular health of all Americans, building longer and healthier lives and working to reduce deaths from heart disease and stroke. Wondering what the HeartChase is exactly? This event is a fun and frenzied hunt of hidden rewards and healthy lives; it’s like a giant scavenger hunt! Teams of 2-5 people will compete in a chase throughout the community in search of hidden donations. Each team will face 10 checkpoint challenges along the way and will be tracking their progress in the HeartChase Mobile Game App. The team with the most points at the end of the clock wins. Damuth Trane is excited to have a four person team competing in the challenge. Our team players are Diane Casey, Project Coordinator, Trever Tomes, Sales Engineer, Vicky Aldridge, General Ledger Staff Accountant and Amber Smith, Accounts Payable Clerk, good luck! Best of all, this is a fun and interactive way to help our community and the AHA chase away heart disease for good. Happy hunting!
