Kim Siddens, Client Care Representative, celebrated her 20-year tenure with Damuth Trane this month. Kim started with the company in 1999 as a Project Coordinator, then transitioned into an Account Coordinator role in 2006 and subsequently a Business Developer role in 2009. Five years ago, Kim stepped into her current position as Client Care Representative where she is responsible for providing customer service to unassigned accounts. This includes regular check-ins with longstanding clients, addressing any outstanding issues and routing them to the appropriate team member, and qualifying new leads for the sales team.
Among her many accomplishments over the past 20 years, Kim was the first associate ever to sell a Vibration Analysis Service Agreement and the second to sell a Shared Savings service agreement at Damuth Trane while in her Business Developer role. As a Project Coordinator, she was recognized for Sales Achievement from 2002-2004 and 2006, and received an Outstanding Achievement Customer Satisfaction Focus Award in 2002. Her commitment to continued professional growth is evident through the skilled education she’s obtained, which includes over 15 years of trainings from Trane, Damuth Trane, Dale Carnegie, and Association of Energy Engineers, among others. “Kim embodies the type of associate we aim to recruit here at Damuth Trane” remarked Clint Damuth, President, “She is dedicated to her clients, co-workers, family, and the community. We couldn’t be happier that she’s chosen to spend the past 20 years with our organization.”
In her free time, Kim is active in her local church where she regularly volunteers and teaches children’s Sunday School. She loves to spend her free time with her family and go on cruises. Kim has been married for over 22 years, has two children and one grandchild who was born this year. Looking back at the past two decades of her employment, Kim shared, “I have had the fortunate opportunity to grow personally and professionally here at Damuth Trane. The quality of the company, the people and what they stand for is remarkable! I feel truly blessed and thankful to have been a part of Damuth Trane for the past 20 years and look forward to more!”
