Damuth Trane Named One of the Best Places to Work for 2017

Damuth Trane has been named as one of the Best Places to Work in Virginia for the 7th year in a row! The annual list was created by Virginia Business and Best Companies Group. This group is dedicated to finding and recognizing Virginia's best employers! A two part assessment was used to gather detailed information about each company participating. Part 1 is completed by the employer, and Part 2 is completed by the employees of the Company. "We know the most valuable asset for our Company is the people," said Clint Damuth, President of Damuth Trane.
