April 25, 2013
Clint Damuth, President of Damuth Trane, is pleased to announce several leadership changes in the Chesapeake-based organization. “We are strengthening our focus and commitment to our clients and community. In order to do this we are realigning talent within the Senior Leadership Team and adding new players to the team. The realignment offers the opportunity for these associates to grow personally and professionally, and to better serve our clients,” stated Clint Damuth. New team member Sara Miceli has accepted the System Solutions Leader position; she will be overseeing new equipment sales. Miceli brings 14 years of Trane commercial sales experience. She comes to Damuth from Trane’s Albany, NY Commercial Systems organization. Jerry McFarlane has joined Damuth Trane as Contracting Operations Leader. He was previously with the Houston based Hunton Group and has additional experience in Sales and Operations leadership with Trane, Carrier and York. McFarlane has over 25 years in the HVAC industry. David Wilkins, former equipment sales and contracting leader with Damuth Trane, is now General Sales Manager. He will be working with both the System Solutions and Service Solutions teams to ensure a coordinated sales effort throughout the organization. “Part of what David brings to our team is a variety of previous sales experiences. That, combined with the already strong experience in our existing sales team will provide our clients even more benefits,” said Clint Damuth. Phil Damuth is taking on the new role of Vice President, Client & Community Relations. In this role, Phil will be representing Damuth Trane at business and community events, partnering with the company sales teams to help them meet goals and spending time with clients to get perspectives on how to better serve them.
