On Tuesday, April 23, the Trane Parts Center in Chesapeake hosted an open house and grand re-opening to feature its new parts and equipment warehouse facility.
In attendance were Trane representatives from the region, members of the senior leadership team at Damuth Trane, and their respective local clientele. Brand representatives provided product demonstrations and tours were conducted of the new facility. Lunch, refreshments, and giveaways were provided to attendees.
The new warehouse attached to the Chesapeake Parts Center was completed in January. The buildout added on 45,000 square feet for a total building size of roughly 78,000 square feet. The parts area more than doubled in size and now occupies 23,000 square feet of the building while the Trane Dealer Sales Office occupies almost 40,000 square feet. This new additional space will further service clients by decreasing the wait time for parts and equipment and consequentially increase efficiency of service.
