100% of donations and all event proceeds will directly fund Ewing Sarcoma research to help the approximately 300 U.S. kids each year, who, just like Dalton, are diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma. The mission of D-Feet Cancer The Dalton Fox Foundation is to help discover targeted therapies and treatments for Ewing Sarcoma, a pediatric bone cancer, through increased awareness and charitable funding.
