Safety Responsibility

It is the objective of Damuth Trane to provide a safe work environment for all customers and employees and to prevent accidents in all aspects of its business operations. To accomplish this objective, every associate is dedicated to safety while conducting business for Damuth Trane. We also actively participate in our customers’ internal safety programs. Safety and health is a part of every operation and each associate’s responsibility at all levels.

Drug-Free Workplace

Damuth Trane enforces a Drug-Free workplace policy in order to provide a safe and healthy work environment.  Drug screening is required for 100% of new associates and is randomly required for existing associates.

Safety Training

We train both Field Technicians and Office Personnel on many of the topics listed below.  Our field personnel is also required to complete monthly safety training regarding HVAC equipment, refrigerants, chemicals, etc.
