Drug screening is required for 100% of new associates and is randomly required for existing associates. Full Time Safety Coordinator In 2004 Damuth Trane hired a full-time Safety Coordinator to provide a protected work environment for our employees and our customers. Our Safety Coordinator has over 12 years of experience in Safety, Health and Environmental affairs. Part of his function includes formulating an annual Safety Plan for the company, conducting jobsite visits and internal Safety Audits of the company. Safety Training We train both our Field Technicians and our Internal Associates on many of the topics listed below. Our field personnel is also required to attend monthly safety training regarding HVAC equipment, refrigerants, chemicals, etc.
