Damuth Trane has been named as one of the Best Places to Work in Virginia for the 7th year in a row! The annual list was created by Virginia Business and Best Companies Group.  This group is dedicated to finding and recognizing Virginia’s best employers!  A two part assessment was used to gather detailed information about each company participating.  Part 1 is completed by the employer, and Part 2 is completed by the employees of the Company.

“We know the most valuable asset for our Company is the people,” said Clint Damuth, President of Damuth Trane.  “We’ve continued the legacy of investing in our associates that was started by our founder Don Damuth.  I’m proud that they voted us ‘Best Places to Work in Virginia’.  That tells me they enjoy coming to work, appreciate the workplace environment and like to have fun!”

Elise and Whitney

Elise Tillie and Whitney Vaughan sending Holiday Cheers to our deployed troops.

Goodies for the troops

Lots of goodies for our service men and women!

Time spent away from family and friends is never easy, but being deployed during the holidays can be especially difficult. Damuth Trane Associates collected care package items to be sent to the USS Mason that is currently on deployment. We want to show them how much we appreciate their sacrifice and service to our Nation.

Three very HEAVY boxes full of candy, snacks, quick meals, and greeting cards were mailed today. There will be some very happy sailors when those boxes arrive.

Damuth Trane is proud of our military heritage. We respect those who have served and those who continue to serve in defense of our great Nation.

Each Veteran’s Day, the US Flag that has proudly flown in front of our building for the past year is lowered and presented to a Damuth Trane Associate that is a Veteran. A new US Flag is raised to boldly fly for the next year.

This year, our Flag was presented to Steve Novak, Buildings & Grounds/Shipping & Receiving Associate, to thank him for his 26 years of service in the US Navy.

Thank you to all Veterans.

“Completed in July 2014, 4525 Main Street its a tower project that expands the central business district of Virginia Beach, Virginia. 4525 Main Street is located in Town Center of Virginia Beach, which has become one of Hampton Roads’ most desirable locations. The architectural design for the project was performed by Clark Nexsen, a Virginia Beach-based firm that is the anchor tenant of 4525 Main Street with its corporate headquarters occupying four floors of the building. Clark Nexsen worked in collaboration with Armada Hoffler Development/Construction and the City of Virginia Beach on this signature project. (US Builders Review, 2016)”
