US Builders Review Journal Cover (LARGE)US Builders Review is a business-to-business trade journal striving to build strong connections within the many sectors of the U.S. construction industry. They connect with top executives representing general contractors, custom builders, specialty trades, architects, engineering firms, suppliers and more to draw out unique perspectives and insights to the advances and challenges of the country’s varied construction markets.

Our Partner Clark Nexsen collaborated with Damuth Trane and others to successfully complete the 4525 Main Street Project in Virginia Beach Town Center.

“Completed in July 2014, 4525 Main Street its a tower project that expands the central business district of Virginia Beach, Virginia. 4525 Main Street is located in Town Center of Virginia Beach, which has become one of Hampton Roads’ most desirable locations. The architectural design for the project was performed by Clark Nexsen, a Virginia Beach-based firm that is the anchor tenant of 4525 Main Street with its corporate headquarters occupying four floors of the building. Clark Nexsen worked in collaboration with Armada Hoffler Development/Construction and the City of Virginia Beach on this signature project. (US Builders Review, 2016)”
